Who Are The Two Scots Abroad Team?
Who Are We? Two Scots Abroad was established in 2014 by Gemma and Craig. In 2026, a new team of passionate travelers took the reins, continuing to grow the site’s first-hand destination coverage and Scotland guides, bringing their Edinburgh roots and years of travel experience to an already well-travelled site. Since then, they have been expanding destination coverage and deepening the Scotland guides already published.
As native Scots, our knowledge of Scotland runs deeper than a week-long press trip. We have hiked the Munros, driven the North Coast 500 in both directions, walked the West Highland Way, explored the Highlands in every season, and eaten our way through Edinburgh and Glasgow’s food scenes over many years. Every guide we publish is reviewed before it goes live.
